I have just started to learn the program. I cannot get sound on the tutorial. The sound works with any other program. The sound on the tutorial is not muted and the volume up full up.

All of a sudden, I am unable to save my changes after making changes to my saved projects/plans I have been working on for a while. Could you please tell me why this is happening to me asap?
